DataBase error when adding category

I have 46 categories.
When i was in my admin section looking at the categories I noticed two of them don't have URLs, I then went to my directory (out of the admin panel) and found that when I click those two categories they just return me to my main page!
I went back into my admin panel and tried to add a URL to those two categories when I tried to click submit I got the following error Content visible to registered users only.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I get the same error when I add a category too :?:
I have know clue what happened because it never used to be this way :roll:
I have not added any mods to my knowledge recently
