Mod Handler

i think anyone will need it
a mod handler like a plugin handler thats allow us to install/uninstall mods over a "engine"

I could be wrong but I believe that the problem arises with custom templates, custom mods and well server settings

even with products like say phpbb yes they have that easymod script, but it doesn't work unless you have the default theme and no current mods installed...

it is a good idea, but honestly I don't see how one could work when there are just too many variables....
