how to upgrade older version with newer one

I have installed phplinkdir at www.dir-submission.com
now i wanna upgarde it with your newre version pls tell me what changes are required.

1. Backup Everything to be safe (plus you may need some of the template files)
2. Overwrite your directory files with the latest version
3. Go to yourdirectory.com/install and go through the steps. You won't have to fill out the database info again. You just need to click through and the database will be updated.
4. Check over your template files. You'll probably want to copy things like header.tpl from your old directory.

where can i download the latest code and will there be paypal option in the newer version.
