Add swedish to phpLD 3.2.0

I have a little problem to add swedish language to phpLD version 3.2.0. It seems to be a major problem then they only way seems to mannualy translate the website is through the .tpl files in the admin cp.

Could somebody help me?
Their got to be a faster way.

i believe all you need to do is upload the langauge file of choice, rerun the installer to select the language you wish

within the template files make sure that anything you want to be translated is surrounded by {l}WORD{/l}
