It's good. Nice and clean. But I don't really see the point in duplicating the tag cloud.

I agree with bruleo. It looks spammish with the duplicate popular tags sections.

Nice, the only thing I can see wrong is in the top menu. When you click on the articles tab and the top sites tab, the home tab is still active, but the rest work fine.
