Reciprocal price, Regular price and Featured Price?

Can anybody help and explain to me? what's Reciprocal price, Regular price and Featured Price?

And if I want make some of this type to be free, what's the best?

Reciprocal price:
Reciprocal link is a link that requires a backlink

Regular price:
Regular link is a normal link in the directory.

Featured Price:
Featured links stand on top of the directory e.g. internet\web it stands on internet.

As it says you can tell what the price for a single link will be.
