Install error

this is the message i got when i tried to access the install directory.
and i've done all changes said in readme file

please help...

You need to set the pemissions

Change permissions on the following file and four folders to 777
include/config.php
temp/
temp/adodb
temp/cache
temp/templates

Yes, those are required for phpLD installation. If you are still having problems installing, it appears, by the error, that you dont have full ftp permission to the root of the site.
