I would like the admin demo password please. I also have some questions.

I would like to use this software solution more as a business directory. I have read in your forums that this feature is included in V3. But I do have some in software pricing questions.

1. Can it charge for someone to upgrade their basic listing?
2. Can it offer different price options if they choose to link back?
3. What are the price options for site sponsor links and or ads?

For your questions:
1. I know there is a mod to do this, but it would need to be added. We can help you locate the mod.
2. Yes
3. This is usually sold separately by the site owner. I will point out that site wide links have been problematic for some directory owners who lost all their pagerank, so this is something to be careful about doing. Many templates offer this by default, and this is somewhat template specific. I hope that makes sense.

Yes that makes sense. I am fairly SEO savvy. So would it be possible to have a regular link from the template home page and then the rest of the template pages have "rel-nofollow" just on the sponsor links?

Yes, this can be done with smarty, but you may want to ask in our supporters forum after you join up. When you say "sponsored links", I am assuming you are referring to links you sell, not the phpLD link back (could not use no follow for that).
