First of all great work guys

Have been looking at the paypal payment but when I go into

conf_payment.php?r=1 - admin panel to look and delete my tests I cannot delte the tests Ive done

As the column title says - Action (link) - the actions are for links, not for the payments themselfs. So, if you delete, you delete the link, not the payment.
The logic is that it is a payment log and it is not a good idea to delete something from a log, especially from a payment log. But it might be handy to have the link actions there.
