The URL could not be validated

How can i turn off URL validation in v2
Ther are no posts on how to do this

My server company does not support port 80 can this be done.

I am happy to buy 3 if i can see if this works

In submit.tpl you will find
{validate form="submit_link" id="v_URL_ONLINE" message=$smarty.capture.url_not_online}


remove it

In version 3.3 you can simply turn it off in the admin
