Reciprocal Link setup

Where can I change the information about my site (anchor text and description) for the person to submit in their reciprocal link? I looked everywhere and cant find it...

How do you add the description to the reciprocal link in v3.3.0? I don't see an area within the Reciprocal Link Setup page to do this. Thanks!

Sorry I don't mean to bump; however, my question fits well under this thread.

I am using version 2.2.0 and would like to modify the submit template to output the recip link code to the top level category to which the link is being submitted. For example, my directory structure is as follows: Main page>State>City>service category. I want the recip to point to the state or city catagory rather than the main index. Isee in the code Content visible to registered users only.

Is there an alteration that can be made to detect the selected category and out put code based on that? If not is this possible in v3?
