Add address info to submit

Looking to upgrade and revamp a directory. Need to have full contact details per submit for future submits (old submits already in the db can stay as they are. Need to add fields:

name
email
address
url
phone number
opening hours etc.

Need to make all fields optional not mandatory.

Is it possible to add this in the latest v. I need them to be able to add these details on submit and have these details show in their listings also?

Phone number and address fields are already in the latest version (incorporated Google Maps too). And of course the name and url are already part of phpLD. So store hours is the only thing we would need to add based on what you said so far. We bill at $30/hour for dev work, and this might not take even an hour of work.

Also, is it easy to import old links from db that dont have this info into new v?

Take a look at some of the Details links on this page:

Importing we can help you do the first time, and it usually costs about $30. As far as doing it from a script, it is not always feasible because each link needs to be assigned a category id, and it gets complicated, so if possible, letting us do the import is probably better.

May purchase 3 and upgrade a few oldies I have, new features look great :)

Only new feature I would have liked to have seen, is a featured sites feed, to give fatured sites a bit more exposure in turn on main page perhaps.

I'm sure that we could help you produce a template (and maybe color variations for your other sites) that is a similar layout, yet is respectful of the work done on GateUK. If things go well, maybe we can get the featured sites feed done for you too. :)

Just curious, need to add up what I need to budget for here roughly?
If photos could be added to articles, I wouldnt need to use php cow for the rest of the site :) lol
Is it possible to have a chat on icq re template requirments and mods at all? Or is it best to pm?

Usually what works best is to get you to write up all the requirement you need, and then we can quote the job as a whole. Today may not be the best time for me to chat, but I don't mind doing it either.
