3: wesece mods
full ownership and resel rights.
require to give access to my current lifetime members

Just a thought, but it would probably be in the interest of the phpLD guys themselves to take on the mods. There is some great ones there and the opportunity to offer a 'premium' fully modded version of phpLD should not be missed!

Sorry to hear about the health issues. I really hope someone takes on the mods that is able to give the superb support that you have given. I would love to make you an offer and take them on, but I don't have the php skills to offer any great quality of support.

I see that the wesece.com website has gone dark. Were you able to sell it?

As a lifetime member, how do I access the mods now. Can you send a zip file?

Must admit that I was going to ask about a zip file of the mods too. I'm a lifetime member as well and would hate to see these mods 'disappear'.

If bandwidth is an issue, I would be happy to host the zip and set up a membership system at one of my sites and set up accounts for existing lifetime members to allow them to download a zip.

On a secondary note, I think that the site was sold, so maybe it's undergoinging a change of hosting and may take up to 72 hours to resolve.

the mods aren't going anywhere, i was supposed to get with wesece on friday, however things were a bit crazy here with my daughter home now and getting ready to go into 1st grade :)

If wesece is still interested, we had talked, I am still wishing to purchase his site...
which means that for all current members of his site...nothing will change...aside from support, sorry I'm not that knowledgeable...but all access to the mods and sites will remain the same, once things are transferred and paid for :D

hoping all went as well as could be over the weekend for wesece :|

Shadav is buying wesece and its mods.

I will continue to support the mods as long as needed.

The site is down to stop all activity during transition.
I am 100% confident that Shadav will make all mods available to lifetime members and give support to those that need it.

It is now just a matter of a short time before everything is up and running again.

Actually I have been keeping an eye on this, but dropped off when shadav said he purchased the site / mods. I would be interested in the mods, but my cash reserves are tied up in something else at the moment. Check in the mail =)

I just meant that if you wanted to buy the mods with resale rights, etc., I wanted you to have the first opportunity. I am still happy to buy the site and mods if that is what is best here. Just trying to be a team player.

and yes sale yas been made and Wesece's working on converting things over for my server....so hopefully the site will be back up and running this week

and no worries to any current members at wesece.com you'll still be a member and still have all access that you had before.
