Questions before buying Pld 3.0

I want to purchase a copy of 3.0 and will be using it on site A. But site A will probably be sold in the next few months. The buyer may not use the directory. Can I use the directory on another site B of mine? Or do I have to purchase another copy?

If the directory is going to reside and stay up and running on site A, then yes, a new license will need to be purchased for site B.

Since the new owner may not need the directory, php 3.0 will be removed from site A. Thus, can i use it on site B? Do I have to purchase another copy for site B?

well, if it's removed i dont see why not, as it's a single license for a single domain.

as long as it's not on site A & B i don't see a problem at all.
