Links with an automated delete date ?

I'd like to make a directory about events, where it will be essential that the people that register their website can enter a date when the linkl should disappear.

Is it possible with PHPLD to do this, please ?

It would involve adding a custom field or two, and I assume you also would be displaying by week or month. It's doable, just need some customization. Here is an example of where we did something like this, but this was a slightly different framework that phpLD.

There should be no search function per week and/or month.
My only point is that I do not want to have to go through the whole directory everyday to erase the 'old links'.
For instance, if the tennis-club in my town wants to announce that the inscriptions for the yearly tournament are open until the 1st september 2008, I'd like them to enter the closing date along with their link to the page.
Then, I know that this link will be automatically deleted from the directory when it is outdated, without me having to do anything.

Do you think this is doable ?
