Where do I find email contact page?

I wanted to inquire about this by email or through contact form, but cannot find one. So here's my question:

I purchased phpLD with supporter forum, but it says I don't have access and that I need to purchase it.(Which I have already done)

Does it take awhile to activate? It has been over 10 days since purchase.

I guess it is because I only registered for the regular forum today? I had assumed at the time that registering for purchase automatically added me as a member of the forum.

I'm using the same username.
