Emailer is sending emails twice

First of all thanks for a very nice script. I'm using phpLD v. 2.

I've some trouble using the Emailer function. Mails are sent and they look fine but every email is sent twice.

I've searched this forum for more than an hour to find the solution but without any luck. What to do?

Sounds like something is not set right in the email templates or System/Edit Settings/notifications

Well I haven't edited these settings at all, so wouldn't it be strange if this was the problem?
Any ideas what to do?

Here is a sample of how to start doing the email templates.
Once you have the email templates made, go to System/Edit Settings/notifications and tell the script what templates to use, in what instance.

Once you create some email templates this seems to be ok (doesnt email twice)
I dont have a FROM field in emails though?
its just blank?
