Hello ..

I have site use PhpLink Directory with 1,160,000 sites.

- When I open the PhpLink Directory is too slow.. Maybe 0.30 sec. for open.
- When I open XML -sitemap didn't work: 33oo.net/sitemap.xml

What the problem for these ?

You can try How much time take to open :confused: ? 33oo.net

I wait for the solve...

I used PHP Link Directory 3.3.0

turn on cacheing and set it high

I turned On chach .. and set 86400 .. but still very slow.

Are there another solve ?

would need ftp and admin access to make sure it is working right

Are register globals on?
Who is the host?
is it cpu limited ?
what is the configuration?
I can go on and on but unless you help me to help you we will spend hours and just end up frustrated.

If you do not provide the needed information and/or access I can not help you.

Got it it may be a bit ... I may have to try it on the test server and see what happens.

Just like a forum, there is going to be a limit of what you can do on shared hosting, and still get good performance. With over 1 million listings, it is possible you may need to consider a VPS or dedicated, and also may need some special tuning to the database.

the problem is getting worse !!!
Idid what you mentiond above so now icant get to the cp and that besid the very slow

Iam checking it many times aday and still the same crawlling and you can compare it with my other directory >>

Fast for me here too. Could be your ISP or a local DNS issue.

Both are fast for me

what you may want to do is check the latency for you from your isp to the datacetner.

The server is in Dallas while I assume from you location that you are where you say.

You may be experiencing problems unrelated to the site itself.
