Top Hits Question

The Top Hits link does not seem to be working as I thought or think it is supposed to.
Does page ranking need to be "On" before this works or what is feeding the top links function? Is it top links from my site or top links aggrigated from google or ???

I think it works through JS and does not count hits in Firefox
We probably need to work on this a little more.

I will just comment this part out in the top_bar.tpl until further notice.
