Adding database

I switched from a free script on my directory to phpld v2.0
Now the database from the previous script is sitting there with all my categories and submitted links.
How do I go about moving this database or changing it so that everything shows up?

Yes, backed up big time first, before I deleted the previous script and uploaded the phpld script.
Once in a while, I actually think ahead...not often...lol
