Featured Link Layout Help

I am sure it is simple and right in front of my eyes, but I cannot find the file that controls the featured link layout. I want to change table width and add a few things. Point me in the right direction please.

The featured link info is actualy in the main.tpl, but it follows the same format as all the other links. You can find the typical link format in link.tpl

if you want to do something differnet with only the featured links, just find it in the main.tpl, then create a style and apply it to that section.
