Recips higher than Regulars

I know this has been brought up before but I didn't see a solution
Hopw can i get reciprocal links to be placed higher than regulars?
i am using 2.0 still :oops:

I was just thinking of a way to motivate reciprical linking in a free directory and didn't think of the obvious.

yes, i have the solution, but i am working on something else.
(this was a planned mod from a while back, but i haven't had the time to code it)
