Bugfix : Submission Template

Hi all

This isn't really a Bugfix as such, more just for the sake of completeness....

On line 18 in templates/submit.tpl, change

Content visible to registered users only.

to

Content visible to registered users only.

It was just a small spelling mistake, nothing actually wrong with the code!
