It supposed to be but we somehow forgot to include it when we upgraded the site. For now, give me an email address (PM me) that will accept a 1-2 mb file.

ACTUALLY! 2.0 is available on the server
go to the homepage http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/articlescript/index.php
and on the left you will see a blue sodebar look under the "search" part and you will see "latest version available" phpld 2.0 click that and voila :)
