similar to phpld script

just thought i would ask this here...

Are there any php scripts available out there that work in a similar way as phpld but just for building basic content driven websites? as oppose to a dedicated directory.

can anybody recommend anything?

Could even phpld be set up to work in such a way?

I was just thinking that i want to start a few more websites, but not directorys, and i really like the way phpld can be set up and managed really easily, so was wondering if there where any other scripts out there that can do that.

the more i think about it, the more i just think phpld would be able to do this though
