How to link a niche directory

I have a directory as in my sig and I would like to submit it to some directories. Some of them require reciprical links.

I am prepared to reciprocate but I'm having an issue figuring out where to put the links.

Since it is niche directory I can't stick them in various niches.

I can't imagine having 200 links in my footer.

I was thinking of making a category which is just link partners but this would create a whole new directory and eventually make it really untargeted and not a niche directory.

Has anyone with a niche segment directory got any tips for this as I would appreciate it?

have a "partners" page, that is linked to in the top bar next to "top hits"
and just manually add links to it, it can be a plain .html file
