Move Site

If I want to move my site is it as simple as:

1) transfer files to new server
2) Import SQL data into new database?

Or should I:

1) Install phpld on new site
2) transfer changed and edited templates and css
3) Import old SQL data in new database

Or am I seeing things too simple

if you are moving from a cpanel to a cpanel, just do a complete backup then contact the new host and have them restore the files for you and you're pretty much up and running like nothing happened :)

Hello, I have a question. I have bought the php ver 3.3. a few weeks ago and now i decided that I want to change my url, or better to say I want to buy a new hosting (new domain) for my directory. Now what are the steps?

After I buy a new one, I should upload again the files of the ver 3.3.???

Then how can I at the easies way import my old database from the ver 3.3. (all my categories, subcategories, and maybe 60 links are added totally in my directory). Please let me know how to do it, so that I dont loose some datas..
