Change the language by hand.

I would like to change the lingo by hand as there seem to be no updated Swedish for the 3.3.0.

Can someone direct me on where to go on the pages?

Look in the tpl files for the template you are using.

Hi,
I was trying to make some changes to the spanish version, and I actually opened the es.php file within /lang directory; however, most changes I make are not showing after saving file.

Is this because I am suppose to make changes to .tpl files? Or, am I missing something (updating/cache/db) after making changes to es.php file?
