Hi,
I registered a new domain a few days ago and try to set up a web directory site. It seems to me phpLD is the best directory script, and I am going to purchase it.

I woder if the phpLD system easy to use? I mean the backend setting up. I don't have a lot of html knowledge.

Can the purchased phpLD script be used for my another website?

Thank you for your advice.

Simple answer... YES.

Longer answer.... It can be as simple or as complicated as you want to make it. Once installed, the script works out of the box and even comes with a fully functional 'professional' template. The install itself takes just a few minutes (provided you follow the instructions).

There are just a few things you need to add to add or change in the backend admin to confgure your site, such as setting your preferred listing options and adding your email address, as well as settings for SEO URL's should you want them.

No HTML, PHP knowledge is needed, unless you want to customise or create your own templates. Even then, most mods available come with good instructions and there are a lot of templates available if you want to give your site a different look which require an upload and a simple switch in admin to select the template you want.

All-in-all, it couldn't be any easier.

Bruce.

Thank you, Bruce,
I decide to buy the $25 vision first since I am still a learner. I would like to pay the $50 later to buy the non phpLD link back vision if the directory runs well. Is this ok?

By the way, where I can get the mods and templates for me to use. Should I install Joomla or other CMS to my site together with the phpLD?

Have good holiday seasons.

You can upgrade your license for the difference in the current price less what you paid for at anytime.

Mods and templates can be found in many of the posts here on the forum as well as the demo for the script.

Welcome aboard :)
