I would like to purchase phpLD V3 and want to know if it comes with a PDF user guide.

I'm not looking for an install guide but a manual that describes how to use the program and all the administration features and settings.

At this time no.

It is pretty intuitive and we encourage new users to take a day exploring the admin.
The forums and knowledge base is always a source of information.

It's been our experience that most customers are familiar with the features within a week or so. If there is something that you don't understand about the admin panel, feel free to ask us in the forum.

Is this demo board the raw phpLD 3 or does it have any mods applied. If yes what mods.

On the global navigation on the left side why are some of the links grayed out (for example "Reviewed Links" and "Featured Articles")

On the raw version of phpLD 3 is it possible for the normal user (non admin) to rate links or just the articles. It looked like there may be a mod for this feature?

Reviewed Links are when a link owner has logged in and edited their link. The admin can require a review before approving the edited link. So it is greyed out because there are no Reviewed Links to be approved. Same for Featured Articles.

Yes, there is a free mod for the comments and ratings.
