Where can i find the dutch language?

Does someone knows where i can find the dutch language file?
I had asked it already in the forum, but got no answer.

I believe it's in the 'lang' folder nl.php
There is also a language editor in the admin panel (ver 3.3)

I have the 3.2 ver. but i know where to put the language file, but there are dutch people here who had translated already.
So that i why i asked it.
Someone who can help me?
