Everything was fine until today when I logged-in. I went to the page that lists all of the links for my site and it is all messed up. I have 43 links in my system so far, but only 7 are displaying. An 8th is partially displayed and when you mouseover that the remaining links on that page pop up. It seems like something went wrong with the mouseover function, which, I might add, is really annoying and I wish that it could be disabled. What can I do so that I can get my links displaying properly?

The problem is in the admin area, so posting my URL wouldn't do any good.

ohh, so it isnt the links on your actuall display pages
well then you will need to grant someone admin access
My admin section does not show all my links at times too.
What I do is go to the top of the page, to the URL coloumn, and run my mouse over the word "URL", and for some reason it fixes it. After the mouse has gone over and below the word "URL" the links all show up. weird hey.
Something to try.. hope it works for u too.

Content visible to registered users only.
That didn't work. I even tried clicking it a few times and nothing.

It must have been a problem with one of the link submissions. I went into phpmyadmin and deleted the first link that was displaying only partially. I then reloaded the admin area and everything was fine.
