As far as support you have a script problem?

If so I will be glad to help. If you still want an admin login then pm David again.
I think you have support confused with sales and for that you only talk to one person. David .

I hope you understand, sales comes first. It is the first impression a buyer gets of your company, product, service and the support that might be attached to it.

So, as a buyer, I really have a bad impression of your sales team.

As far as support is concerned, they should not be interfering with sales matters. That gives an impression how unorganized the company is :-)

Anyway, just dont reply if you are from support team. Let the matter be taken up by Mr. David only. The only help you can do to your organization is to let Mr. David know about the delay.

Dawzz, the other staff and myself do not get paid for this...so then why would we take the time out of our own lives to help support a script for free? maybe, just maybe because it is worth our effort?
