payment execution error

I just recently purchased version 3.3.0 and there are error messages with the execution of the payment. These are the error messages:

Notice: SmartyValidate: [is_valid] form 'pay_link' is not registered. in /home/mtwokmed/public_html/woinspire/libs/smarty/SmartyValidate.class.php on line 274

and

Notice: SmartyValidate: [validate plugin] form 'pay_link' is not registered. in /home/mtwokmed/public_html/woinspire/libs/smarty/plugins/function.validate.php on line 46

please note that I have installed the mod from monster-submit called alternate payment and I have added alertpay as a paymen source. Can anyone help me with these error messages?
