phpMySite for everyone?

This is just an idea, but wouldn't it be cool if I were able to grant forum users with at least say 25 posts their own phpMySite running right here on phpLD, and thereby giving them the opportunity to have a whole section (with links, etc.) on this site?

Good idea but I think you should raise the bar to lets say 50 or 100 useful posts (not something like "me too"...)
