Hi folks,

This works great, but I was wondering about how to do the reverse?
For example if something was needed on all pages , except on particular category, how is it done?
Specifically, how to remove the "submit" link from a category dedicated to "web tools" (which are for general use by the public, but not allowed for the public to add to.
Does this make sense?
