Problem with add url, spam?

Hello, On one of my directory, I have a problem with add url which are like spam for things like viagra, **censored****censored****censored****censored**** censored** ...

How to avoid this? there are 200 + per day.

not for the v2.x it only bans words
if you upgrade to v3.x this mod is included in the script and bans words, urls, ips, emails, ect...
