Help - Paid submit - No payment receive

I'm using 3.3. Got so many Free Regular submissions per day that I decided to change to $2 every 3 months.

I've received over 40 submissions after the change. They're waiting to be approved. So far, no payment is made at to Paypal account. Is this a flaw with the program or I did anything wrong.

Reading this forum. Someone said it needs to be approved first before I can receive the payment. I did approve some. But there is no payment receive at Paypal.

I did use one of my sites to submit. Stop short at Paypal payment. The link still show up for approval.

What's wrong please help. I just want to spend the money/ time and have no return at all.

We have no control if they decide not to pay.
This happens to everyone. It is not free submit until you approve it.
You can send out invoices via the admin.
This has been discussed numerous times.

No one ever said that it must be approved before payment is accepted.

If they dont pay it is still in the system just pending.
I will say that you just have a bunch of paid submitters closing out before or after the paypal page and not paying

Thanks for your reply. I'm new. Is there any way in the script to cancel their subscription, if they don't pay. If not, I just have to shut down the site. 200- 300 per days is very time comsuming.

If they don't pay, don't approve the listing. :)

Can you tell me how can I send invoices from admin to submitters that didn't pay?

under payments you can click to send invoices to pending listings.
