Hey all, I thought this would be a good time to get to know you and for my to introduce myself. Please feel free to follow my lead and lets begin not only to build this community on software but also on friendship.

First off my name is Casey Wilson, I'm 25 married and live in TN which is in the states for our overseas friends.

I currently work freelance but may be willing later on down the road to work for someone else full time.

I love movies, anything that takes me into other worlds with strange people tickles my fancy. I love the outdoors, so much so I actually worked in state forestry for awhile fighting forest fires.

I've got one brother and two sisters all married with children. We (Wife and I) live with my parents because my Mom isn't well and he can't take care of her alone. She has alzheimers, and I'm the last one in the family she really knows as her kid. So it makes life kinda hard at times. She only knows my Dad as this guy she has a crush type thing on. It's crazy :)

I hope you feel like you know me a lil better, I'm even going to include a picture taken like 2 years ago. I don't have any recent haha
{picture link was no longer working}

So now let me know about you.

Talk with you all later :)

Hi everyone!

My name is Anne and I'm from Israel. Anat is actually my real first name, but I go by Anne online, so as not to confuse our "overseas friends"

Anyways, I'm 33 years old, married with two adorable kids - Ron is 3.5 and Dan will be 2 years old in November. Latest pictures I have online atm are from our trip to the Lake District (UK) in September. Here's hubby and me -

I work from home publishing websites. Currently have about 50 active sites. Some are content sites, some directories and some are affiliation sites. A mix of everything. I also have www.submit-pros.com which is a directory submission service.

I really love the PLD script and been working with David and York Kie (yktan) on modifications has been very fruitful and also fun  Keep up the great work guys!

Nice to get to know everyone here too!

Welcome Anne, and thanks for the pics. Your angels are just that!

Hopefully we'll all get to know each other and really be able to help in getting our sites to newer heights.

I'm really enjoying this script, even if customization is arguing with me!

I'm a 51 year old gal from the Delaware Valley, border of PA and NJ in USA. I have both a vintage clothing business and a web design business, which keep me busy. I'm hoping to get involved with this effort, since I NEED this script and I think it's about the best one I've tried out. I've got big plans for it (and will need lots of help from you all to make it work!)

That's kick ass, kickass! :)
I'm glad you are here, and we definitely need someone with CSS/html to help keep us in line. :) We are continuing to make this script better, and I'm expecting we'll be releasing more tweaks/fixes this week in the WebSVN.
Thanks,
David

Actually, yes, you do! I haven't put it all thru validation yet, but . . . um, er, yes, it needs just a bit of work . . .

While you're writing those echo commands, keep in mind that paragraph tags need to be CLOSED for xhtml 1.0 transitional to validate . . .

I'm a friend of kickass's - live in far southwestern Utah, way closer to Las Vegas than to SLC. (I usually call this "the planet that it's farthest from"....) I'm 57, retired again (FINALLY!), married almost 30 years to a man who has not the faintest clue about anything computers or online. I've been a machine/software geek, self-taught, since 1984....

I may be doing some work with kickass on portions of her link directory - and learning about the program while doing so with a view to expanding some of my websites in that direction.

I prefer to validate to XHTML 1.0 STRICT, myself.... *laughing*

Hi Casey,
(sorry for my English)
My name is Sorin Sorin and I'm from Moldova (near Romania and Ukraine). I would be very glad to participate in your community. I should tell that I am admirer PLD, but yet I do not use it as is present some problems with functionality. In particular this presence ID in reciprocal link. However I wanted to congratulate all who participated in creation of PLD and to tell that they have made great work.
