site being hacked, unsecure script? help

my site is being hacked to send spam, through different places, now shes telling me that it was sent through this area, can you please tell me is this files usually set to chmod 777? i need to know if its this script set or if someones in my hosting account. they had to shut my site down a few times and its not working again cause of these attacks. very urgent please respond.

EVERYTIME I go to investigate I find another script upstream or another account compromised.

Your host if they are competent can tell you what is going on.

I would look at it briefly for you if you send ftp only to satisfy myself as to what is happening.
