Affiliate system

Hey,
I am very interested in having an affiliate system, people will get paid x amount when they have x number of referrals.

I don't think it would be very difficult to setup, just setup the referral system like vBulletin and track the stats in the admin panel, just like vBulletin.

Anyone know if anything similar is available that could be edited?

Noticed there was a post back in February, that seemed like it did not have enough support.

hm.. i´m also very interested in this...
my wish is to have an affiliate system for the featured/paid links.... so the user who sends me a paying user get some money for this... i tried to implement some affi-progs, but they aren`t working good at the end

yeah i would want this to be an exclusive phpld thing not an outside script.
this would need to configurable in the admin panel
and only for featured/paid links

I just hired a coder to make this for me. He should be done by Friday (6/23/06). I'd send people copies of what he creates for a nominal fee (since I had to pay a bit for it...$5? $10?) if they're interested. I'd like to compare what Boby makes to what this guy is making too. If his attention to coding is as good as his attention to precoding documentation, Boby may have a heck of a time bettering him. I'll keep you updated.
