Error with submitting a link (in potential rc5)

Whenever myself or a user attempts to submit a link to my site, they get the following error:

An error occured while saving the link.

I'm running the potential rc5 version posted in this forum on postgresql. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I know this error message is vague so let me know what you need me to do to help debug.

Please shut off required Reciprocal linking and Captcha and try submitting a link.

After you shut those off let me know.

I tried turning off visual, require recip, and toggling allow multiple submit...

Same error message :(

Any other ideas?

Would it be possible for me to get FTP details?

The Replace() is failing thus the error, I'd just like to see the code.
