How hard is it to upgrade from free to 3.4?

Does the installer do all the work? Do I have to convert my database?

The installer converts the database, so that sense it is easy to convert. If you have a custom template, that can take some time to upgrade, but if all you want to do is upgrade, and then use an existing template, it is relatively easy.

Upgrading was very easy! I have over 35,000 links in my database and had no problems
