When I input Chinese characters and then save the future, there are garbled all "?".

It is certainly possible to run phpLD in Chinese. We can assist you in the supporters forum. Please let me know your phpLD username and we'll move this thread to the supporters forum and get some help for you.

Ok, I see that this phpLD account already has the forum username forexporter assigned to it, and that forum username already has supporters forum access. I can change that for you. I just need you to PM me a copy of the paypal receipt.
