Translating Question

I selected the Dutch language when installing PHPld earlier today, but it came out only half-translated. When I went into the language editor in the admin and manually tried to change some phrases/words, they didn't seem to update on the front end of the site. Then I cleared the cache from within the admin, and it seemed like that worked because the words and phrases changed to the values I'd put in, but it didn't really because they reset back to English after a while.

Am I missing something here?

I dont understand the reset back to english ... have you tried downoading the file and editing it on your ocmputer?

What is the language chosen for your admin user?
