There was a hard disk failure at site5 today:

It came at a bad time, because today was the day I had hoped to work hard to catch up on your requests. I am in the process of setting up a better support system now, and I will be bringing in some additional help shortly.

I started noticing problems about 4 AM this morning. sql connection issues.

yep, was around 3-4ish in the AM when it died.

was waiting for quite some time for it to come back up to grab those hot fixes for my directory.

it's ok though, i decided to hit the pool with my hot neighbor :D (it's her b-day, and being so, i decided to get into my birrthday suit for her hahahaha)
