Well, we have reached a point where it is not possible for me to personally handle each request fast enough to keep everyone happy. For those people that were slow to receive support the last couple of days, let me express my apologies. I don't like to let people down, and I am going to improve the system so everybody who requires support gets it!
I have already organized the outstanding items, and I will be speeding up the process of getting things done.
Very shortly there will be link for creating a support ticket, and we will start using the new system.
