PHPLD 3.03 compliant template ?

Well, I saw lots of free templates being offered and labelled v2 and v3 compliant... but they do lack some files and functions like user logged in or not, etc....so I can't use them on 3.03

Can anyone here help me know/find a free template that is perfectly v3.03 compliant ?
