Who is phplinkdirectory?

Hi,

My question is not meant to offend - but unless I am wrong there is no, email address, phone number, contact form or any About Us information on your website.

Perhaps it’s just me, but I do like to know a little more about the company I buy software from.

Maybe there is a post within this forum somewhere with the information, if so, please give me the link.

If not, why the need for anonymity?

Good idea. One of the main reasons we don't post an email address is because we are not setup to handle the volume. There are 100,000+ websites running phpLD, and we have some very specific procedures we have developed over the years. The first point of contact is the normal forums as you are contacting us now. There is also a contact link at the bottom of this page should you have a problem using the forum. One level up from the general forum is the supporters forum. All owners of phpLD licenses have access to the supporters forum where you can get post-purchase help with your directory. One level up from the supporters forum is paid support. We regularly do dozens of jobs in our paid support area every month including design services and customization. Paid support may include phone and email support as well. Also, in the supporters forum we make use of the private message system.

So as you can see we have a well developed system. phpLD is officially owned by Netcreated, a limited liability corporation. I am the founder. James is also very much a partner in the company, and is involved on a daily basis. In addition, we employ 4 programmers and 2 designers on a nearly full time basis, and everyone has been with the company for 2 or more years. Hopefully, we will put up some bios one day, but we do actually prefer to make sure that the system we have in place is used, as that allows us to deliver the highest level of support.
