Looking for a template..

Hey guys, hope i'm not breaking the rules by posting in this section!

I really REALLY like this template:

It's specifically for 3.3 but i cannot find it ANYWHERE online, I really like the color and the style. If anyone can find a link that would be so awesome, or if anyone can find a similar template for v3.3 that would be amazing.
